This dreamy maternity studio session in St. Louis, MO was for my dear friend Maggie and baby number two!!! This means Maggie and Brandon are joining the two under two club come August! Maggie and I first met back in October 2020 when I first photographed her cute little family out at Busch Wildlife! After I delivered her photos she was *joking* with me about how I would 100% be doing her maternity photos if she ever got pregnant again…… welllllll in February I got a text from her telling me she was three months pregnant so the time for planning maternity photos was going to have to happen ASAP! No complaints on my end though 😛

Maggie truly had the vision for her maternity photos, and because it has been all time high temperatures of 100+ degrees in St. Louis, we opted for trying to find a spot indoors! Between the two of us we tracked down this amazing studio in old downtown St. Charles called The Youngs Studio and immediately booked it around a time when I was in the area to shoot a local wedding! And OH BOY did this place deliver! We were able to book a two hour time slot and stay nice and cool all while creating this magic!

Branden, Maggie’s husband, was such a good sport through all of this! He is certainly a model husband and father. I can’t wait to watch him become a girl dad, because we all know girl dads have a special place in this world! Lincoln has no idea what is coming for him with becoming a big brother, but I assure you that Maggie and I are already planning future family photos for this fall and I will certainly be updating you on how he feels about his new little sister! I am so luck to have found a family like Maggie and Branden’s that trust me with all of these special memories, and I am looking forward to many more years of watching these little babes of theirs grow!
