Though Little Rock, Arkansas would be freaking amazing to shoot photos in, this session was in my home town of St. Joseph, Missouri which I also dearly love! Going home means I get to see my family dog, cats, and well I guess also my FAMILY!

Aerial and Drake met me up on this beautiful September evening and they brought all of the silliness, awkwardness, and genuine connection that I freaking THRIVE off of during couple sessions! I really wanted to bring out their personalities in this session, and I think by a quick scroll that you will be able to see it almost immediately! I can’t wait for their wedding in good ole North Dakota come next June! We had a moment at the beginning of this session where I thought that North Dakota was mountains and vast land of hills, singing birds, and glaciers…. But it’s not. I have no freaking idea how I made that vision up in my head, though it was hilarious to see the look on Aerial and Drakes faces when I told them about what I thought- only for them to break it to me that North Dakota is in fact fields and cows! Well nothing new for me I guess! None the less, I am equally as excited to visit a new state and document a wedding in the truest form that I can!
